Is the subscription refundable?

Our subscription plans are non-refundable once the payment is processed, except where required by applicable law. Under EU/UK consumer law, you may have the right to withdraw from a subscription within 14 days of purchase if the service has not yet been fully provided, unless you have explicitly agreed to start the service immediately. Once the service has begun and access to templates, consultations, or educational resources is provided, the subscription cannot be refunded. Is tax added to the subscription?

Yes. All subscription fees are subject to 20% UK VAT, which is applied to all customers, regardless of their location.
